Mr. Hansen Narinesingh was elected Member for Claxton Bay in the 13th Republican Parliament. He was also appointed Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry of Tertiary Education and Skills Training.

Mr. Narinesingh is an attorney-at-law & Human Resource Specialist who specializes in Industrial Relations, Employment Law, and Organizational Development.

Mr. Narinesingh obtained a Bachelors of Law Degree from the University of London and a Legal Practice Certificate from De Montfort University in the United Kingdom. He also completed a Master’s in Business Administration and Organizational Development at Ashcroft International Business School, United Kingdom, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. He is also a past student of the University of the West indies Cave Hill Campus where he graduated with Honours in Sociology and History.
